HOW IT WORKS
In Home Services
Phone Consultation:
Initial phone consultation is free of charge. I do require photos, and/or video, of the area in discussion prior to our chat so I have a clear vision of the space. Everyone has different needs, ideas, and budgets. After, a general estimate will be given, and if you would like to move forward, we can then discuss next steps.

(Optional) In Person Consultation:
If you would prefer I visit your home for the consultation, I will be happy to accommodate that wish as well. There will be an upfront fee of $100, which will lock in an appointment date and time. It will cover up to an hour of time where we will discuss design ideas, cost, and timeframe.
Create a Plan: After the consultation I will customize a plan to accommodate your needs whether it be for design, organization, or both. I will text/email you an estimate of the cost for the project as well as the cost of any supplies and materials. If you have any additional questions we can discuss them at this time.
Scheduling Session: If you would like to move forward a deposit will be required which will be determined from your quote. This deposit ensures the requested dates are locked in and reserved for you as well as any upfront materials that will be purchased.
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required if canceling an in home session. After 48 hours you will be charged a fee from the deposit. I respect your time, and I hope you respect mine as well. *Emergencies are not included in this policy, and I am very understanding and accommodating in those types of situations. Please keep an open line of communication.
Service Area Policy: Please contact with any questions about the service area. This can change with additional fees depending on distance. It will be discussed in the first consultation as well.
